Short Course in Advanced Statistics using R

Unfortunately this course has been cancelled due to lack of numbers.

A three day Short Course in Advanced Statistics using R will be held at the Mercure Grosvenor Hotel in Adelaide from 5-7 May 2009.

This course is aimed at helping R users become confident and proficient in using R for some of the more sophisticated statistical analyses, particularly multiple regression analyses, linear models and mixed effect models. The course assumes some familiarity with R, equivalent to the introductory course being run as part of this series. It also assumes an understanding of the principles and application of multivariable statistical analyses and statistical modelling. This is not a statistics course – rather it is a course about how to use R to undertake a range of statistical analyses.

For further information about this course, please download the comprehensive information package and to register, please complete the registration form. When you are finished completing the form, click Submit Form to return it by email.

If you have any questions about the course, please contact Debra Gendle (debra.gendle@abcrc.org.au).
